Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days in the United States, 7 to 14 business days in Canada, and 10 to 21 business days internationally.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking is emailed when an order ships.
Returns and exchanges
The current policy allows return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in their original condition, with tags and packaging. Return instructions are provided after approval.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact Brandy within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
